Neil Tilow has been President of Talbert House since 1982.  During his tenure as President, the agency has grown from four programs with a budget of $1 million to 25 sites and a budget over $50 million. He has previously served as a member of the University of Cincinnati Faculty, and has served as a consultant to numerous non-profit and government agencies. He is currently Board Chair of OhioLink, Inc. He serves the boards of Health Care Access Now, Recovery Link, Leadership Cincinnati Alumni Association, Mental Health Works, Inc, as well as Building Crafts, a privately held company. Tilow received both his Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Master's Degree in Corrections from Xavier University.
